Though attempting to avoid loosing its physical history as captured
in its 100-200 year old buildings and its sense of being a working class community,
some gentrification has been allowed to blended into the area.
This 150 year old tobacco warehouse has been nicely convertered to apartments with
a hotel on the ground floor.
