Galveston was frequently visited by L&B in early 1998.
They frequently had a meal at one of the restaurants along the waterfront just north
of The Strand. During a January visit on a cold late Saturday afternoon with overcast
skies, the Tall Ship Elissa,
an iron barque built in 1877, was having new sails rigged. These photos are part
